Industrial IoT platform
from field level to MES

ISPF — one system instead of a patchwork of apps: equipment online, operator screens, production accounting, and a catalog of ready solutions. No dozen vendors and months of “gluing A to B”. Deploy on your server, on site, or in the cloud.

AI agent

The assistant configures the system according to your task: connects equipment, assembles screens, records everything in the log - it will not do anything without your “OK”.

🔒

Corporate Security

Two-factor input, differentiation of rights, separate circuits for different workshops - as it should be in production.

Industries & use cases

ISPF is used in manufacturing, energy, logistics, housing and communal services and other sectors - from petrochemicals and energy to smart buildings and transport.

Industrial automation Oil & gas Energy Manufacturing Transport and logistics Utilities Healthcare Agriculture Retail SCADA for renewables
Industrial automation for any specialized manufacturing.
Warehouse automation and IT infrastructure management from a single center.
SCADA integration for electrical, solar, and wind networks.
Petrochemical plant control, pump-compressor station telemetry.
Automation across raw-material production stages, monitoring of special equipment and fleet vehicles.

Process diagrams directly in the system - no need for a separate SCADA program

The mnemonic diagram is a living screen: the pump, valve, and level in the tank are taken from the sensors and updated themselves. The operator sees a picture of the workshop and can give commands directly from the screen - without a separate “drawing” program.

218 P&ID symbols ISA library v2: tanks, valves, pumps, pipelines, electrical equipment + symbol marketplace
The data on the diagram is live Level, pressure, emergency - immediately on the desired symbol, without manual updating
Screen control Click on a valve or pump - the command goes to the equipment
Offline operator mode If the connection is lost, the screen is not “blank”, change the operator without losing what was on the monitor

Visio Level Editor - Right in the Browser

You draw a diagram in the browser - just like in a regular editor: symbols, layers, where to take readings from. We saved it - and the same screen is already in the hands of the operator on shift.

SCADA/MES without a zoo of modules

Data collection, screens, workshop accounting - in one system, and not in five different programs. There are ready-made examples: mini-CHP, warehouse, production accounting.

Classic stack (Ignition + KEPServerEX + PI + Opcenter)

  • OPC, archive, SCADA and MES - separate vendors and licenses
  • Field and accounting integration — manual ETL, tag duplication
  • Customization = months of Java/C# and integrators at every layer
  • Screens, accidents and accounting - different programs, different contractors
  • Smart functions are a separate project, not part of the system
  • Vendor lock-in at every level of the stack

Equipment efficiency, dispatch, quality control and batch accounting - a workshop management system without programming

Plastic bag mes-platform-production — certified demo script: operator screen with “Dispatching”, “Efficiency” and “Quality” tabs. Business logic is configured without Java in the core - through process scripts and data queries.

  • DispatchingProcess scenario: work order → task queue → confirmation on the operator’s screen
  • Equipment efficiencyAvailability × productivity × quality · inventory of production lines · morning shift rate ~85%
  • Quality controlStatistical control schedule · test samples from the package

Everything is factory-made - in one clear structure

Workshop → line → pump → sensor: everything is laid out on the shelves. The new Wi‑Fi meter can appear in the system yourself, without manually entering each field.

  • Sensors connect themselvesSent the data - the device appeared in the catalog

Customizable alarms with notifications to external systems and email - ready right away

We set up the rule once: “if the pressure is higher than normal, call the dispatcher and write a letter to the shift supervisor.” It worked - the system itself sends a notification or launches the desired script.

  • Condition checkButton "Check expression" before saving

  • List of sitesAdded a branch - it appeared in the general catalog
  • General list of equipmentYou can see where it is, without calling every workshop
  • One factory cardThe remote site looks like its own site in the same scheme

From installation to operator HMI

We installed the system, selected a ready-made solution from the catalog, connected the equipment, displayed the diagram on the screen - without the annual project “implementation of automated process control systems”.

Step 1
Install On a server or in the cloud, you can launch a pilot in days, not in a quarter.
Step 2
Solutions catalog Mini-CHP, warehouse, workshop accounting - selected and installed as an application on the phone.
Step 3
Drivers Modbus, OPC UA, SNMP, MQTT - declarative configuration and compatibility laboratory.
Step 4
SCADA / MES Circuits, panels and operator screens are in the same system, not in a third program.
Step 5
Industrial operation Access rights, backup copies, control of work - as expected at the site.
